- •Ale Mengoni invited me to close the first season of La suma de DesignOps, and we spent half an hour on something I rarely get to say out loud: what AI adoption looks like from inside a bank, with its security limits, its own pace, and a design team that at first felt using these tools was a bit like cheating.
