About me

I spent eight years at FOX Networks Group as Principal Designer and Design Co-Manager, leading the digital products of FOX and National Geographic International across Europe, Asia, Africa, and Canada, with designers in four cities.

In 2018 I joined Increase as its first designer and built its design system before there was a design team to use it. Briefly, I acted as the CPO while the product team was still forming.

I've been at Banco Galicia, Argentina's largest private bank, since 2020. I set the design standard across every practice — content, research, service, product and visual design, and the design system — and since 2026 I've run design operations for an organization of more than 100 designers, including its AI strategy, budget and capacity planning.

Throughout all of it I've kept projects of my own, where I do the design, the code, and the deploy. That's what I mean by design engineering. I still do, now working alongside AI agents and publishing all my side projects in my Design Lab.

Between 2013 and 2019 I co-founded Pulmón. We ran the only multidisciplinary editions of Behance Portfolio Reviews in Buenos Aires, hosted the first editions of CreativeMornings, and in 2015 put Milton Glaser in front of 700 people at the Centro Metropolitano de Diseño.

I was on the Awwwards jury between 2009 and 2011. These days I mentor designers and teach as a guest in academic programs.

Outside digital product design, I also create handmade posters, with work featured in international exhibitions and publications.

My perspective has been shaped by Massimo Vignelli, Milton Glaser, and Dieter Rams. I still judge by two of Rams's principles: good design is long-lasting, and as little design as possible.
