Pablo Zarate is an accomplished Product Design Leader from Buenos Aires and member of Invision®’s Design Leadership Forum.
His career started in 1999, and since then, he has been working for both big and small companies in several industries such as health, entertainment, and —currently— fintech/finserv.
As an individual contributor/practitioner, his approach to design is human-first, precise to the last detail, data-informed, and goal-oriented. Thanks to his methods, he has been able to introduce and improve the design standards for several apps loved by millions of users.
As a manager and team leader, Pablo likes to help others to achieve greatness. He has experience shaping teams and translating business needs into design goals.
He currently serves as Design Manager for Galicia Bank. Before that he served as Increase's first Head of Design and Product Experience, a word-class Latam-based fintech company. And before that, Lead Designer & Design Co-Manager at FOX Networks Group (now Disney) and National Geographic for the European, African & Asian markets.
Pablo loves to contribute to the design community. He was part of the team that brought to Buenos Aires CreativeMornings™ and Behance™ Portfolio Reviews. Also, he actively writes articles or presents lectures about business × tech × design, self-promotion, and design strategy.
When he is not building digital experiences, he designs posters as a hobby using traditional methods. Magazines and galleries around the globe have used his work for publications or art-shows.
